Most people are afraid to invest out state. There are so many unknowns. This books teaches you how to be successful in investing out of state and give you that piece of mind.

This book to me was more motivating then anything. It gave some great insights and concepts that got me thinking about my own business and goals.
Most real estate investors will say this is the book that started it all for them. I would have to say the same. It helps you change the way you think about money and financial freedom.
HOW WILL YOU MEASURE YOUR LIFE
This book is written by a professor from Harvard. So many people focus on Money or one thing in their life. This book helps you put things in perspective and find balance. I have read this book multiple times (whenever I need that perspective check haha).
This book is not about investing or making money, but about how Pixar got started. All the ups and downs, etc. I found it so interesting. Basically if you really believe in something and work hard at it you can eventually surpass the top dawg.
This book teaches how to be more organized and to get more done in 12 weeks then most get done in 12 months.
Bigger pockets is your one stop shop for all things real estate. It has forums, podcasts, calculators, networking, market place, etc. If you haven’t checked it out and you are interested in real estate investing you need to ASAP.
Coach Carson will teach you how to get started in real estate. He shares his own journey and experiences as well as others. He is a great resource for helping anyone getting started or looking to grow in real estate investing.
Mr. Money Mustache teaches you how to be frugal, save money, and cut expenses, but not sacrifice on the luxury things in life at the same time.
